  • Get a quote online or by calling our National Transport team on 1300 087 595 (option 1).
  • If you proceed, transport will be added to your vehicle invoice. If you have already paid your invoice, a new invoice will be raised for the transport.
  • Once the invoice for the car and transport have been paid and cleared by our cashiers, we will place a booking with one of our suppliers.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation email with a booking reference and estimated transit time or delivery date.
  • The carrier will contact you prior to delivery, to confirm your availability.
  • Your vehicle will be delivered by one of our trusted transport suppliers.

Please specify any special requirements, such as urgency, delivery times etc, in the Special Requirements field when you complete the quote request form or let us know when you speak with us and we will try to provide a quote that meets your needs. There may be times that we are unable to do so and we will advise accordingly.
When receiving any vehicle/s being transported, the receiver must inspect and sign for the vehicle/s. If there is any damage on the vehicle, this damage is to be noted by the driver on delivery. Within 24 hours, you must lodge a formal damage claim with Manheim, in writing, to You must provide us with all vehicle details and photos of the claimed damage. Our Transport Management Team will then investigate the claim and endeavour to have a response and, if necessary, a resolution to you within 10 business days. It is important to note that any estimated delivery date provided is an estimate only. Manheim utilise a large network of reliable and professional transport suppliers to move our vehicles, and while we do our best to meet estimated transit times and delivery dates, there are times when delays are out of our control. If your vehicle has not arrived by the estimated delivery date on your booking confirmation form, please contact us on 1300 087 595 (option 1) or at and we will work with you to get your vehicle to you as soon as possible.
